Returns Policy

Returns

​

We offer a 14 day returns policy for faulty or not fit for purpose goods. You can return your item within 14 days of receipt providing the order is returned in its original condition and packaging for a full refund, exchange or credit note of the same value. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods securely and safely, we recommend that you use a tracked method. Credits/refunds will not be issued for delivery costs.

We will reimburse you within two weeks from our receipt of your return by using the same means of payment as the initial transaction. 

Any items returned other than defects must be unused and undamaged with any labels still attached in their original packaging. If we find that the products have not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or charge up to a 20% restocking fee.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, within 14 days

Subject to usual statutory rights, purchases which have been made or coloured to order (e.g. paints, made to order curtains or blinds etc) may not be cancelled or returned unless faulty.

Sale, reduced or clearance discounted items are non refundable

Cancellation

​

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days, without any given reason. This is from the day of delivery. 

To meet with the withdrawal please email us at hello@sashainteriors.com before the withdrawal date has expired. This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, credit note or exchange where the goods are faulty or misdescribed, your usual statutory consumer rights apply.

You must take reasonable care of the goods and refrain from using the goods - If you fail to comply and the goods are returned damaged to us we reserve the right to withhold a reasonable sum for the diminished value of the goods.

Where cancellation is exercised in accordance with the above clauses the refund will be issued.

​

We reserve the right to reject a cancellation if the above conditions are not met.
